The National College of Engineers of the ICAI, in Madrid, was the place chosen to hold this conference, where we could discover the benefits that the introduction of automation in their processes has brought to different businesses.

After the reception and welcome, the event began with a presentation that served to introduce the theme of the day, after which the rest of the presentations began.

In the first one, we were able to learn in depth about the UiPath automation tool, its advantages and the benefits that companies obtain thanks to its use.

The following presentation showed the key elements to be taken into account when starting an automation project, focusing on those aspects that are crucial to ensure its success.

Afterwards, the conference focused on showing different success stories of different companies that have successfully implemented automation programs in different departments of their business.

Knowing the success stories, the specific use case of the Devol 4 Invoices solution, the supplier invoice automation system, was shown.

To end the day, a round table was held where the speakers could talk and answer questions from the audience, ending the day with a snack and a space for networking.
