This conference, held at the Estrella Galicia Museum in A Coruña, served to highlight the combination of technologies that allows for a significant reduction in errors, an improvement in productivity and an increase in efficiency.

The day began with an inspiring welcome and quickly moved on to a more in-depth discussion on automation, with a presentation that highlighted the importance that RPA and AI are playing in advancing the digital transformation of many companies.

After this first contact, the day focused on the strengths and advantages of UiPath’s RPA automation platform, after which a case study was presented on extracting value from customer interactions.

The next presentation was based on highlighting the key aspects to consider when dealing with process automation, after which the success stories began to be presented.

The first focused on the automation of the purchasing management process of a major machinery rental company, where emphasis was placed on the reduction of errors and the increase in reliability that has resulted from the inclusion of RPA technology.

The second case study, implemented in a distribution cooperative, focused on how the automation of sales forecasting has helped to reduce the error rate and generate reports more quickly and reliably.

To conclude, a round table discussion was held where an interesting debate was generated, doubts were solved and ideas were exchanged before visiting the Estrella Galicia Museum and ending the day with a networking session accompanied by an aperitif.
